Made with a melange of real black raspberries and red raspberries for a stunning red color, pungent berry aroma and accented with a kiss of lemongrass.

33cl can from Pastures Discount Foods. Medium pink head. Very hazy red amber pour. A bit too sweet for me. Fruity aftertaste.

12 ounce can into pint glass, canned on 6/13/2018. Pours fairly hazy/cloudy reddish/pinkish orange color with a 1 finger dense light pink head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of juicy/tart/tangy red/black raspberries, lemongrass, fruit skin/seeds, pear, red apple, melon, red grape, mint, pepper, wheat, cracker, white bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of raspberries, lemongrass, pale/wheat malts, and fruity yeast notes; with solid strength. Taste of juicy/tart/tangy red/black raspberries, lemongrass, fruit skin/seeds, pear, red apple, melon, red grape, mint, pepper, wheat, cracker, white bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light herbal/grassy bitterness, peppery spice, and fruit tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy red/black raspberries, lemongrass, fruit skin/seeds, pear, red apple, melon, red grape, mint, pepper, wheat, cracker, white bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Nice complexity, robustness, and balance of raspberries, lemongrass, pale/wheat malts, and fruity yeast flavors; with a great malt/bitterness and fruit tang/tartness balance; with no astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from bitter/spiciness and tart/tangy fruit. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, bready/grainy, and fairly sticky/tangy/acidic balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is a nice fruit beer. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of raspberries, lemongrass, pale/wheat malts, and fruity yeast flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink with the mellowly bitter/tart/tangy/drying finish. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Certainly not as jammy as I expected, but this was tasty. Very well balanced between authentic raspberries, lemongrass, pale/wheat malts, and fruity American wheat yeast. Not overwhelming on any aspect. A nicely enjoyable offering, and well made style example.

On tap at Two Roads, pours a hazy dark pinkish red with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh red berries upfront, with a dry wheaty base. Flavour is obscured on the fruity, with faded raspberries and whispy wheat. Don't get any lemongrass. It's okay.

Pours hazy pink with lots of head and heavy carbonation. Aroma is weakly of raspberry. Tastes heavily of raspberry with a hint of lemongrass in the back of the tongue. Palate balances theses influences well while also incorporating a hint of hops and other fruity tones.

Can, shared with my brother. Hazy ruby/amber thin off-white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of tea and berries. Flavour of sharp raspberries with a tannic finish - like sucking on a tea bag. Thin body with a watery texture. Soft fizz. A bit watery and insipid.

Bottle: Hazy, red-amber with a small, slightly pink head. Raspberry, grain scent. Taste is mildly sweet raspberry, grain malt, mixed berries. Slightly lactic, and some grassy bittering. Not bad.

Can@Draft House - fuzzy red pour with white head. Sweet raspberry fruity prominence, berry fruits, berry skin, slight tartness into the close.
