A pale, golden quaffing ale with excellent flavours for its strength. Pleasingly hoppy throughout without being aggressive and also possessing a fine aroma. The finish is dry with a small twist of sweetness at the end. If you feel that this is all rather pretentious then it can best be described as a ‘fantastic pint’!

Fancy a ‘Swift One’?!

Half at the Selborne Arms. Recommended by the barlady and a good pour with a great colour. Reasonable beer, but maybe a bit sour.

Cask at the Cornfield Garage, Eastbourne. Poured a crystal clear yellow golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma is yeasty, floral hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a fresh, smooth, light yeasty, floral hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Liked this!
