A cracking summer ale with a lovely hoppy, fruity aroma and a pleasant tang on the tongue. Could drink it all night.

Bottle in Brisbane, August 2014. A bit hazy golden with a white head. Soft with some citrus, light bread and some wheat. Also some hay. Nothing special but drinkable.

From a 330ml bottle on 18/5/2011.Pours a light golden colour, and doesn’t look much like a typical wheat beer. Has a slight aroma of spice, yeast, bread and citrus fruit. The flavours are fairly subdued - a touch of wheat and some citrus, followed by a slight bitterness. Given that Murray’s gear is usually excellent, this was a bit of disappointment.for me. A little too bland and one dimensional to be a real winner.

Bottle. Poured very slightly hazy golden with a big white head. Lovely floral aroma with a hint of vanilla. Mouth-filling fine carbonation gave great mouth-feel. Refreshing tangy start to the flavour gives way to reasonable easy drinking but ultimately unimpressive middle and slight bitter finish. Overall, very drinkable.

Pours hazy pale amber/straw with a large lasting head.Nose shows lots of light fruit: pear, lemon, green apple and orange peel. Underneath is sweet light malt. Later on the citrus really dominates.First flavours are more sweet fruit before some grainy malt and a light metallic bitterness enter. The latter are not too strong but are mildly unpleasant.Carbonation is too high even for the style.

Bottle. Slightly hazy yellow/ orange with a decent white head. Aroma has lemon and white pepper. Crisp, light and refreshing with a spicy dry finish. A little wheaty sourness and some nectarine sweetness, but it’s really the citrus and spice that dominates. Fine dust-cutter.
