Draft @ Hops & Barley. Pours golden, semi hazy, white head. Sweet citrus notes in the aroma (grape, citrus). Wonderful mild grape notes in taste. Smooth and creamy. Well balanced. Very refreshing. Interesting mix of the german and the american (the hops) beer culture.

Hazy straw. Little bit herbal. Yeast-pedio house-brew type of aroma. Spicy character with papery and tropical fruitiness. Light bitterness. Interesting.

(Draught at the brewpub, Berlin, 21 July 2010) Golden yellow colour with frothy, white head. Malty, slightly fruity nose with grass and tropical fruit. Malty, fruity taste with notes of bread, tropical fruit, grass, citrus and a generous bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Well balanced and tasty pilsner.

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy golden colour. Large fluffy head. Sweet taste with a slight bitter aftertaste. Nice at the start but a bit disappointing as you go through it.

Argh, forgot to rate this. Draught at the brewpub on 07.03. I guess. Poured a hazy yellow-golden body with a small white head. Slightly acidic eggy nose. Eggy taste, yeasty, dry, buttery. Slightly yoghurty too. Didn’t like this one much I’m afraid.

07/03 Draught at the brewpub. It poured hazy yellow body with medium sized head. Fine lemony and unpasteurized hop aroma. Very nice flavor, slightly sweetish honey, bready and fruity malt with herbal and citrus hops showing up more to the end. Well balanced actually with both malts and hops seeming to be of extraordinary quality. Full bodied with very nice and long bittersweet finish. Another nice beer from this great brewpub, making it my favorite pils in Berlin.

On tap at the brewpub 30/09/09. Slightly hazy gold in colour with a moderate white head. Sweet hay and summer fruit aroma with grassy hops. Flavour was full, with apricots, sweet lager malts and a decently bitter finish. Good.
