Bark Sheds Wheat Beer

[backlog] 31-01-15 // 285ml pour at the brewery in Bruthen, Australia. Cloudy orange, with medium white head. Yeasty nose. Some banana in the mouth along with some zesty hop.

Pours amber with a large, lasting head.Nose shows doughy wheat and floral notes. Could use some clove of banana.... Reminds me of my own somewhat feeble attempt at a hefe.Some wheat shows as a flavour, but not as much as I’d have hoped. Little else, just some faint spicy hops.High carbonation works well.Slightly disappointed after having read stews review. Not sure what the difference was, this was obtained from the brewery so should have been fresh.
