Subsolar is our ode to summer. A light bodied, hoppy ale with a thirst quenching dry & bitter finish. Brewed with Pale Malt, Oats, Raw Wheat & Carapils for a hazy golden straw colour & thick white head. Kettle hopped with Citra, Simcoe & Nelson Sauvin & dry hopped with Nelson & Galaxy for super ripe stone fruit aromatics. Fermented with a blend of Vermont & Saison yeast to amplify the hops, all tempered with a hint of white pepper. We hope you get the weather to enjoy this one!

Straw blond colour. Aroma has the slightest barnyard funk. Lightly bitter and yeasty.

02-09-17 // tasting paddle at Oslo Pub / the brewery in Galway, Ireland. Golden beer. Grains, some fruit, mild bitter. Solid.

Draught. Cloudy yellow with a thin head. Aroma of spiced hop. Flavour is tangy chalk hop, spice and fruit, dry finish.
