Zum Beginn des Allgäuer Almsommers haben wir unseren Weizenbock »Sommerwiese« in limitierter Auflage kreiert. Bei 100 % Weizenmalz, gestopftem Hopfen mit fruchtigen Aromen und unserem reinen Alpenquellwasser fühlt es sich an, als stehe man barfuß in einer taufrischen Almwiese. Der Geschmack erinnert an den Duft von blühenden Bergwiesen und ein Hauch von Erdbeere mischt sich darunter, so als ob man sich zum Pflücken nur bücken bräuchte.

Pours an orange color. Aroma is wheat, yeast and some mild fruits. Flavour is the same with mild spicing. Refreshing.

750 mml bottle tasted on the 12/03/2016. Hazy amber color with a low white head. Aroma of peachs, apples and malts. Taste is light, oxidized and malty. Next one please!

Ambar anaranjada, ligeramente turbia. Aroma a naranja y caramelo. En boca acaramelada con notas de levadura y citricas. Y caracter dulce. En exceso dulce.

Hazy amber color with tan head. Aroma is sticky pines, some hints of diacetyl, smells a bit oxidized. Taste also smells a bit oxidized, heavy, sticky, quite intense for the ABV. Some spicy yeasts as well. Big-bubbled carbonation. Rather boring.

Bottle from Ambrosetti. Cloudy caramel with a large frothy head. Aroma is wheat malt and red fruit. Flavour is fruit juice, wheat and yeast, banana and malt finish.

33cl bottle. pours hazy amber colour with a small white head. Aroma of strong malt, dry fruits, red malt, some hops. Taste is yeasty, dry red fruits, caramel, spices, mild bananas.

Heller hefiger Antrunk, leicht bananig, geringe Süße. Geringfügig nach Kräutern, angenehm milde Süße. Weich, sehr süffig, der Alkoholgehalt ist nicht erkennbar. Mild würzig, nett - aber nicht wirklich besonders. 10/11/10/11/12/10

330ml bottle. Murky, orangey deep golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Fruity hoppy, yeasty and wheaty aroma, notes of banana apple, pear, some mandarine, a touch of clove, fresh hay - "Sommerwiese" is not a far-fetched impression. Taste is fruity, wheat malty, moderately sweet and minimally tart, banana notes, some pear, mandarine, spicy-herbal-grassy hoppy overtones; refreshing, lusty, juicy - very nice.
