Beer Engine, Skipton. Friday afternoon, 17th January 2025. Second bar of the pub crawl. Hand-pulled half-pint, clean and clear golden amber body, white crust. Decent enough IPA, good hop content on a bed of malt sweetness.

Cask at the Sheffield Tap. Poured a clear golden colour with an everlasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt and woody hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a smooth, grainy, biscuit, funky yeast, light floral, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
