Beer Engine, Skipton. Friday afternoon, 17th January 2025. Second bar of the pub crawl. Hand-pulled half-pint, clean and clear golden amber body, white crust. Decent enough IPA, good hop content on a bed of malt sweetness.

Cask at the Sheffield Tap. Poured a clear golden colour with an everlasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt and woody hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a smooth, grainy, biscuit, funky yeast, light floral, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

13/7/2021. Cask at The Sheffield Tap. Pours golden with a small frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, grass, orange, light tropical fruits, flowers, touch of vanilla. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Moderate body, soft carbonation. Nice bittersweet finish. It’s fine.

[ As Tapped Sheaf Street Pale ].
ABV: 4.5%. Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, fruity hops, earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity malt, pale malt, earthy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20200123]

Cask, third shared with Finn at Manchester Beer & Cider Festival, Brewery Microbars. Clear golden body, spotty lacing, low white head. Moderate smell of noble hops. Fresh fruity flavours, noble hops with a touch of citrus, malty sweetness beneath. Distant bittersweet finish. Fair enough. (2nd day of the festival, 23.01.2020).

Keg @ Newcastle Tap. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet malt, grass, fruits, hops and has a nice long bitter grassy finish.
