Simcoe and Sorachi Ace hopped IPA with lashings of lactose for a silky body to compliment the West Coast bitterness.

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish grassy, sap, wet grass, hay, winegum, butterscotch, old lawn, pine needles, old citrus peel, moss, wet hops, strawberry jam. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish mineraly, weeds, sap, wet hops, bark, minerals, alcohol, old citrus peel, soil, winegum, butterscotch, fruit stones, wet grass. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish grassy mouthfeel. Just weird.
