They came together as brewers but they departed as friends. Their journey resulted in this IPA, which blends four distinct and groundbreaking IPA recipes to create one very-incredible IPA. Perfect for reuniting with old pals or for making new ones, this good-times brew will roll out in 0,5L Stone UNIQCANS just in time for the 2018 Indy Man Beer Con. It may be a mouth-full of a title but one thing’s for sure, the IMBC / Buxton Brewery / Magic Rock / North Brewing Co. / Stone Fellow-Sip IPA is a perfect example of the adage: beer brings people together.

18 January 2019. At Dok Brewing Company, Ghent. Cheers to Anke & Pieter! Pours clear pale golden with a lasting, thin, foamy, off-white head; little lacing. Aroma of young cheese, yellow apple, lime juice, pineapple, unripe tangerine, faint pine, pepper, mango, lychee. Taste is light fruity sour, notes of lime juice & unripe mandarin; light fruity sweet then with lots of pineapple juice, some kiwi & lychee, building up a medium hoppy bitterness with mango, piney & grassy accents. Dry, piney & peppery hoppy finish. lingering pineapple, herbs, some bread. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Very refreshing, only a bit underwhelming.

At a tasting, medium bubbly creamy head, quite hazy lightish orange to intense yellow color, fruity, onion, feral aroma, lots of tropical fruits in flavor with onions and a mellow herbal bitterness, light sweetness, nicely balanced, a bit prickly carbonation. Really nice and quite fun.

Can 500ml. @ home. [ As Stone (Berlin) / IMBC / Buxton Brewery / Magic Rock / North Brewing Co. Fellow-Sip IPA ].Clear medium to light yellow colour with a large to huge, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, flowers, citrus, grapefruit, floral, summer. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, zesty, lemony, flowers, fruity hops, citrus, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Gyllengul och disig med stort, tjockt skum. Doften är.....konstig; grönsaksaktig, blast och beska stjälkar. Smakar bättre: kåda och ananas, men man även där kan man ana grönsaker i bakgrunden. Finstämd, humlig beska.
På det hela taget är det en helt ok IPA, men doften? wtf
