Queen Serenada breathed life into her golden kingdom. Warm, spinning coils of light emanated from her Palace, carrying the music of abundance and alchemy. Her spark gave rise to the life around her, and her song nourished her creations for ages. As yeast gives life and effervescence to beer, the serenade of simplicity from the best ingredients our land has to offer keeps us marching toward Serenity. This Brettanomyces fermented golden ale is aged in french oak foeders and puncheons. Delicate blending and bottle conditioning then render the true expression of Brettanomyces. At Rich’s Massive Cellar Emptying Tasting. Wicked weed serenity 5.5% cloudy lemonade gold. Burnt rubber, a bit tart and just odd. Soft body and medicinal brett, metallic and just not for me.

Bottle @ Drink Rich’s American beer, thanks to Omgrich.

Bottle shared at a tasting. Not much to say here. Dry brett yeast, and only moderately sour so some other strain or bacteria must have gotten in there. Dry finish.

Bottle, thanks for sharing! Pours a hazy light earthy yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a decent aount of funk and earrthy tart fruits with a hint tropical fruits. Flavor starts with heavy barnyard with dry, earthy tart fruits and a hint of light grains.
