The blend of pale, lager, crystal and cara malts give Goldeneye its full body and rich gold colour. The initial impression of moderate bitterness balances with a clean finish. Fruity citrus notes of grapefruit and tangerine shine through with a touch of marmalade sweetness.

Bottle from Earth Natural Foods, Kentish Town on 24th May 2020. Hazy amber with shallow off-white foam and scant lacing. Caramel malt aroma with earthy pungency. Malty and spicy in-mouth with citrus peel. A touch of fresh apple and a tangy fruity finish. Medium bodied with a zingy mouthfeel.

Large frothy off white head stayed on an unclear amber body. Light aroma of malt & citrus. Medium bodied, fluffy on the palate with a light clean back. Malt, sugar, syrup, stewed fruit & hoppy tastes with a long tangy finish. Nice one.

330mml. bottle. @home, 03/10/2019. Clean orange colour with a medium white head. Good retention. Beautiful. Aroma is medium malty, citrusy and soft bready. Taste is orange citrusy, clean caramellized malts andand soft dried fruits leading to a medium bitter and dry finish. Next one please!

Can from Cotteridge Wines; hazy amber pour with a bubbly beige head, aroma has sharp citrus and sweet malts, taste has caramel malts , tangerine an ipa from 2010 which is ok.
