On tap at Saraveza's Farmhouse and Wild Ale Festival, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma is quite vinous, with red wine oak barrels, lightly tart fruity notes, and leather. Flavour is very complex, full of leather, red wine oak barrels, dry lightly tart fruits and some mild chocolate. Very lightly tart and dominated by the leather and oak. Extremely complex and well-rounded. Excellent stuff.
