Agua de manantial, malta Maris Otter de Escocia, malta de avena, avena, levadura ale de Inglaterra y EU y 6 lúpulos matutinos intercontinentales seleccionados por su asombrosidad.Y, por supuesto, mucho cuidado y amor.
NOTAS DE DEGUSTACIÓN
Este es un potentísimo ale pálido estilo americano con un sabor dominado por la intensidad de lúpulos intercontinentales (80+ IBUs) balanceado sobre un fondo suave y sedoso logrado con maltas especiales de Escocia y malta caramelo de avena. A su vez suave como despertar con el lucero del alba y pegadora como el arma medieval del mismo nombre.

[backlog] 29-03-16 // bottle at Pura Vida, Holbox, Mexico. Hazy orange colour, small white head. Hoppy nose. Malty base, with light hops, floral and citrus. Light bitter finish. Shared 11.2 oz. bottle. Hazy copper with an off-white head. Aroma of citrus, caramel, and malt. Taste is malt, citrus, caramel, and alcohol with just a touch of lemon. More malty than expected. Finish is a bit harsh.

Light citrus and decent malt backbone. Hazy orange pour with good head and lacing. Light bitter finish. Decent balance but not much to this. Bottle at Beer Box.
