Notre Presse-Framboise est une bière dont le goût acidulé est obtenu par une fermentation lactique. La framboise(purée de fruits), ajoutée en fin de fermentation, reste dominante, tant au nez qu'en bouche. C’est une bière rafraîchissante, acidulée et peu amère.

On tap at Brewberry, pours a cloud dark red with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of fresh raspberries upfront, with a wheaty base. Flavour is much the same, with plenty of fruity raspberries and a wheaty base. Lots of raspberries situated well. Very good.

From tap at La Binouze Rochechouart, Paris, 04.02.25. Pink peach. Some white head. Aroma of both wild and artificial raspberries, as well lactic acid. Reminiscent of Lollipop Ice Cream. Dry.

33cl bottle. A clear purple red beer with a white lacing. Aroma of sourish fresh raspberries. Taste of tart raspberries, fresh berries, lactose. Refreshing.

Fat på All In Beer Fest. Tjusigt disig ljusröd med vit krona. Hallon, hallonkärnor, torr, lätt, mineraler, krispig. Väldigt lätt, törstsläckande mer än något annat. Kanske saknar lite mer tryck även om hallontonen är snygg.
