Draft glass @ Gollem. Sour NEIPA now there is a first an oh boy did it not work. Sourness is like sour cabbage, vegetable, weird spoiled lacto, flowers, sour cabbage & it totally clashes with the hazy hops in the back and somehow makes it worse, it is neither this or that , the sour profile is not my thing but the clash takes it further down, finish is almost bit sweet. Really weird affair, didn’t work for me.

Smierdzi siarka albo czyms takim, ale jest bardzo smaczne, owocowe, kwaskowate, rzeskie... mieszane uczucia, bedzie sups mam nadzieje. Nieba
