Small yellow head, rather dense over deep copper to chestnut beer. Toffee, caramelsyrup, treacle. Very sweet nose indeed, as toffees melted down. Taste is way less sweet - thankfully. Again the flavour of toffee, but without the excessive sweetness. Unfortunately, this seems to be achieved by diluting - watering down, let’s not have fear of words - the beer into homeopathic solutionmeasures. Utterly thin, and not very carbonated neither. Substandard.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Dark red amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and spicey aroma. Light sweet and moderate bitter flavor. Pudding-notes? Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Strange but I like it.

Bottle at Firkin Ale House Folkestone, Clear mahogany colour lasting beige head. Toffee on aroma no doubt. Flavour doesn’t live up to the aroma. Pasteurised and dead fizzy toffee. Good aroma then fades.

Bottle from ASDA, Queensferry. Copper brown with a very thin head. Rich in both its aroma and taste with its toffee, it’s a winter warmer with a surprisingly easy-drinking texture.

Bottle. Creamy caramel nose, vanilla. Sweet toffee flavor. Coying and way too sweet but not horrible.

Bottle. Dark pour. Nice aroma of sweet toffee caramel, rozijn and cream. Nice creamy taste of caramel, crème brûlée, toffee, chocolate and cream. Surprisingly nice.

Smells and tastes just like sticky toffee pudding. Lots of vanilla and toffee flavours. Nice in small batches but certainly not a session beer.

Bottle shared with sarah picked up at ASDA. Reddy brown coloured pour with a thin off white head. Aroma is sweet, nice toffee caramel and fudge. Does smell like sticky toffee pudding. Light apple. Flavour is composed of semi sweet toffee, caramel, fudge, dry nutty malts, powdery, cakey malts. Palate is sweet, then dry and powdery, highish carbonation. A lot better than I thought it would be.
