Clear deep red - amber beer, good pale tan head. Nose of sweet caramel. Palate is light and semi dry with a good fine minerally crispness. Taste follows the nose and yes a little toffee in there as well. Modest fruits underneath. Light crisp finish. There is an artificiality to this beer that eventually starts to grate but in the short term it’s good fun.

Bottle. Nutty toffee malt aroma. Dark amber with moderate head. Sweet lightly nutty toffee malt and very mildly bitter hay flavor. Body a bit light. Pleasant.

Bottle. deep amber with a beige head that’s soon a coat. Does indeed smell like the pudding. Medium bodied. Very sweet but it dries out a little at the end. There is some bitterness and there are some beer-like notes in it. But it’s mostly like the pudding - brown sugar cooked with cream, some dried fruit. Well done for what it is.

Bottle. A- Toffee, malty, iron. A- Dark mahogany color, clear liquid, tan head. T-Toffee, watery, malty, sweet. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, sweet malty finish. O- Not near as good as their banana bread beer. Not sure how this is a bitter/esb either. Seems more like a spice beer. Toffee was definitely there but it was an odd taste. Not as sweet as expected which was alright, but just lacked a lot.

500ml Bottle - Copper red with a foamy head. Toffee, dates and raisins in the aroma. Toffee, nuts, fudge, raisins and dates can be detected in the taste. Not bad but a bit sickly after a while. A
