In hellem hefetrüben bernsteinfarben mit ausgeprägten Noten von Banane überzeugt der Geruch jeden Weißbier-Liebhaber. Im Antrunk weiter fruchtig, bemerkt man sogleich das weiche Brauwasser, das sich spielend um den Gaumen legt. Auch die Süße kommt keinesfalls zu stark, im Gegenteil: Das Weiherer Weizen Hell wirkt als erfrischend-durstlöschender Energiespender und klingt mild und weich aus.

Cloudy yellow to orange with a large off-white frothy head of high retention. Aroma and taste: well blended banana and bread, fruity and spicy hints. Mouth feel: medium minus body, average carbonation. Summary: good Weizen.

(Draught at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm, 31 Aug 2022) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of wheat, bread, clove, hay and banana. Fruity, malty taste with wheat, bread, hay, banana, clove and a finish with low bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Clean, tasty and well made weizen. Nice one.

Tap at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm, 8th September 2022. Pours a cloudy and thick orange weisse. Aroma is classic, rich, banana, spice and clove, lemons. Taste is thick and almost chewy, lemon, loads of banana, some spice, really rich and enjoyable hefe

Bottle from Dominik. Thanks! Hazy cloudy golden colour, white foam. Nose of banana, citrus, wheat. Light sweet, some lemony notes. Well balanced.

500ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, dark golden colour with average, thick, firm, creamy, beaten egg white head. Minimally bready, wheaty malty, minimally leafy hoppy and yeasty fruity aroma, hints of unripe banana, a light touch of clove. Taste is relatively dry, leafy hoppy, yeasty fruity and wheaty malty, subtle residual sweetness, hints of banana, unripe banana, a touch of green apple and papaya. Creamy texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation. Well crafted, mild, not much sweetness, not that banana dominated - pretty good.

Bottle from HopDog, drunk while designing an amp front plate on Inkscape. Creamy yellow amber, bready yeast nose with some banana hints. Flavor is full of yeast esters, slightly creamy mouthfeel, mild bananas and grain, high carb with a drier aftertaste than many Weißbier.

Bottle. Cloudy green to yellow offwhite big head. Sweet clove and vanilla nose. Medium to full chewy creamy body, spritzy . Cake/dough vanilla base, sweet, light spiciness. On the sweet side, but quite drinkable for a dessert-weizen.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is wheat, dough, vanilla and clove, a touch dusty. Taste is sweet vanilla, clove, milkshakey. Soft milkshakey creamy mouthfeel. Interesting, quite a dessert Weizen despite the comparably low ABV for the style.
