50cl bottle from Cantina della Birra, Riccione, Italy. Pours dark blonde, partially clear, with rough, mixed foam. Aroma is cereal, a little floral. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium sweet, too unidimensional. Final is average. Overall, a disappointment.

swing top bottle 500ml. -from Heiloo Getränke Leipzig. Darker golden coloured, medium sized off-white head, wheaty nose. Wheaty, yeasty, light caramel and fruity with notes of banana in the finish. Light dry.

Kristallweizen in the Kapuziner brand, from tap at a restaurant in the Oberpfalz. Snow white, thick and frothy, closed but gradually thinning, stable head, clear orangey blonde robe with pale amberish tinge and lively strings of sparkling. Aroma of banana bread, clove, sandwiches, touch white pepper, rainwater, grass, dried flowers, minerals, paper glue. Clean, rounded onset, sweetish with slight sourish undertone, medium carbonation; slick body, cereally and white-bready with rainwatery and glueish side notes, floral hops in the finish with very mild but importantly balancing bitterishness. A clean banana-like flavour lingers along with something peachy. The removal of the yeast typically takes away some of the finesse and character but this obviously goes for all Kristallweizens and this one is an enjoyable and balanced example.

0.5 l bottle from 'Mein-Biershop.de', best before February 2022. Clear, golden amber with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, gently yeasty-spicy aroma of banana, honey and light clove. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, quite yeasty-spicy taste of banana, honey and clove, followed by a short, slightly bitter, rather yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice!

Fles 50cl bij Ulenspiegel in Kassel. Banaan, zoet, malttonen, licht plakkerig, süffig. Met citroenschijf. (4-9-2021).

0,5 bottle. Classic bottle, classic look. Large white foam, durable. Opaque orange color, unfiltered. Banana, yeasty real wheat beer aroma with a little citrus in the background. The taste is also predominantly banana, full-bodied, wheat, yeasty, bread, very good. Next to it is citrus, fruity, fresh. I can't say anything bad about that. Very good, full-bodied, hit classic wheat beer, I recommend!

Klasszikus kiszerelés, klaszikus kinézet. Nagy fehér hab, tartós. Opálos narancsos szín, szűretlen. Banános, élesztős igazi búzasör illat, háttérben kis citrussal. Ízre is uralkodóan banános, testes, búzás, élesztős, kenyeres, nagyon jó. Mellette citrusos, gyümölcsös, friss. Erről nem tudok semmi rosszat elmondani. Nagyon jó, testes, eltalált klasszikus búzasör, ajánlom!
