(Bottle, 0.33 l - BB 28.05.2014, courtesy of rosenbergh, 20140315) The beer poured brown and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had molasses, grass and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were molasses, malts, grass, caramel and bitterness. Afteraste was short and had sweetness and low bitterness. A surprisingly watery dunkel.

Rating from 2009: Schöne dunkelbraune Farbe, malzig-frischer Geruch. --> 12,11,11,10,12,10 - 10,60

Light amber colour with an off white head. Caramel malt and hoppy aroma. Unusual hoppy flavour for a german beer. Nice hoppy and a fine caramel malt background.
