A honest beer from the rewe supermarket at Frankfurt Flughafen, before to go back to Basel, coming from Amsterdam, a window of a small trip during the covid. This landbier is honest, grainy, malty, smooth at the palate, watery with a classical touch of hop at the final, 31.08.20

Honey, apple, barley malt, and fresh hay aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with nice head. Moderately sweet honey, apple, barley malt, and moderately bitter fresh hay/grass flavor. Good body.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, deep golden with a neat and lacing, off-white head. Distinct, buttery nose. Light-bodied, faint caramel, diacetyl and cardboard with a rather bitter finish. It looks good, and that absolutely all. 261124

Mild herber Beginn. Süßlich, wenig getreidig, wässriger Mittelteil. Etwas Karamell, mild bitterer Abgang, ok. 7/8/8/6/7/7

Drank straight from the bottle so appearance unknown! Malty nose, fizzy with malt and grass thrashed together, some floral, yeasty notes and a dry, slightly bitter finish

Good, receding, slightly amberish tinted head, over clear metallic copper-golden beer. Grainy nose, standing water, corn, bit rotting vegetable material. Corn returning - main taste is just grainy, but in the finish, this rotten vegetable matter returns in force, making it effectively undrinkable. Slick, soft carbonation, corn-sweetish aftertaste. Awful! Txs to Stef for the effort!

330ml bottle. Clear, orangey, dark golden to amber colour with average to huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy, bready, spicy, malty aroma. Taste is sweet-ish, bready, minimally biscuity, spicy malty, a creamy touch of butterscotch, grassy, mildly bitter hoppy counterpart. Creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, soft carbonation. Simple and unspectacular expected, not bad though - decent.

Deep gold with a frothy, white head. Grainy aroma with white bread underneath. Taste has a pleasant, cereal bitterness the whole way through. Crisp and clean with a grainy finish. Medium-bodied, moderate carbonation. Decent everyday drinking.
