Decent lager head & brighter gold hue with an aroma of citrus-cardboard. Flavour is pretty much nothing with a watery finish and a particle board aftertaste. Might as well drink the higher alcohol version and at least get wasted for your efforts!

A bit of a disappointment.. Or maybe I should say "excellent bulk lager"...

Bought two tall cans in a super market in Xindian City in Taiwan. Imported. The head poured all right, stuck around for a bit, but the overall product is entirely forgettable. Empty aftertaste, generic taste. Expected more since I didn’t mind the Harboe’s red so much.

Can, as "Bear Beer", stable lasting head, hazy golden colour, malty honey aroma, honey sweetness with a an almond metalic bitterness, the combination isn’t too pleasant, the aftertaste is bitter and also not to pleasant. Drinkable but not really good.

Smells a little vanilla like. taste also has some vanilla in there. Color is somwhat coudy pale yella. Good amount of CO2, but slightly below average. Has a taste that indicates its a tad old, thats probably why it was only $6 per 24 bottle case. Not bad for a cheapie beer, more personality than our local pale lagers. Seems to have more than 5% alky.

In Sweden as Bjørne Bryg Dansk Øl (4.5%) - someone please beermail me if this is at the wrong place. Thanks to a friend too. Yellow body, small white head. Sweet-salty malty-herbal nose. Sweetish grainy nose, ordinary but nice enough, some dust. More of the same in the taste, sweetish grainy malt, but with some light acidity all around and some light bitterness. Meh, not perfect but a serviceable pale lager.

International lager, watery, minimum of flavours, the only thing is that nice is that it’s cheap (and that is not nice :-)).

Can 50cl. @ home.Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grian, molasses. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. For me a cheap pale lager just borring but not bad. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090131]

Yellow with a small white head. Grainy sweet malt aroma with a little diacetyl. Sweet malty flavour with diacetyl and an odd herbal note
