Bjorne Beer, 66 cl bottle, 5.0%. Was expecting something horrible, but, it’s drinkable. Pale lager, average white head. Grainy, a bit metallic and a salty note. Hints of bread, leaves, unmalted stuff and a bit of hops. Finish has a citric note. Taste: bittersweet but rather flat. Light body, oily texture, carbonated, watery. Quaffable and quite smooth, that’s all.

Canned, 0.33l. Courtesy of CanCrusher. Clear golden color with average frothy white head and sparkling appearance. Moderate aroma of cereals and light biscuity malt, mild herbal hops with some citrus notes. Taste starts with light sweet malt, followed by moderate citric acidity and grainy sourness, while finished with moderate bitterness. Light to medium body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate. Average, easy drinkable, not too sweet and not strong, but still much more palatable then Austrian or even German lagers...

Can at Igor’s house. As Bear Beer. Clear golden. Sweet cooked cereals aroma. Sweet (too sweet) cereals flavor with a metallic finish. Light-bodied. Yuck.
