16-04-20 // 330ml swingtop bottle. Great nose of redwine and sourcherrychocolate with a subtle balsamic. Very low carbonation. Almost flat. Tannins, barrique, wood, redwine, red cherry flesh. Subtle darker chocolate. Mild roasted malts left.
