330 ml bottle into lager glass, no bottle dating. Pours slightly hazy bright straw color with a 1 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of lemon, cracker, bread, light honey, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness; with a very slight bit of skunk presence. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of pale malt, earthy hops, and yeast ester notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon, cracker, biscuit, light honey, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Light earthy/grassy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, cracker, biscuit, light honey, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Nice balance and solid robustness of pale malt, earthy hops, and yeast ester flavors; with a good malt/bitterness balance and no cloying flavors after the finish. Flavors are quite clean with no obvious skunk notes in the taste. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and fairly crisp mouthfeel that is good. Alcohol is well hidden with zero warming present after the finish. Overall this is a good German pilsener style. All around good balance and solid robustness of pale malt, earthy hops, and yeast ester flavors; and very smooth to drink. A pleasant and enjoyable offering.

Flasche. - Herrlich zitronig-hopfige Nase.

Clear golden color with a white head that soon vanish. Malty and some wort in The Aroma. Medium body. Moderate sweet and a balanced bitterness. Average carbonation. Mild balanced malty and mild hoppy flavor. Ok in the summer time.

Bottle. Pours yellow with white head. Aroma is floral and slight. Mildly bitter flavour with a little oiliness in the mouthfeel. Rather tacky and unpleasing finish

Bottle. Pours cæear pale golden with airy, quickly vanishing white head. Clear, bitter, hoppy aroma. Watery mouthfeel. Bitter taste of hop, distorted by a metallic finish. Dry aftertaste. Not much to write home about, but drinkable.
