Golden colour, small white head. Grainy, metallic, a bit harsh aroma. Light-bodied. Sweetish malty with citrusy hops. Easy Helles.

Bottle online from The Trembling Madness. Pours a clear golden colour with a large fluffy foamy white head. Aromas of grains, hay, white bread and some citrus lemon. Taste is again citrusy with more lemon, grains, bread, floral, malts and also some fresh grassy hops on the finish. Thin to medium body, fizzy palate and slightly oily mouthfeel. Slightly more hoppy than the average Helles but a nice beer.

Brilliant white foaming head left a collar & cover on a pale golden coloured body. Malt, floral & fruity . Medium bodied, smooth & lively on the back. Malt, cereal, grain & bitter tastes with a lightly hopped finish. Poor.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours clear yellow with a creamy, white topping. Lightly sweet with simple white bread, pale biscuits, low bitterness, a nip of cereal and straw. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Pretty clean finish, albeit a little sweet, more white bread, biscuits. Easy-drinking stuff.

Bottle from HoTM. It pours clear pale yellow with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, doughy white bread, some sweetness, biscuit, straw, hay and a touch of grass. The taste is crisp, clean, dry, snappy, grass, straw, airy malts, biscuit, custard creams, hint of lemon curd, doughy white bread and straw with a dryish finish. Lighter end of medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Effortlessly drinkable. Drank itself pretty much.

330ml bottle. Clear gold with a dense fluffy white head that lasts pretty well. Aroma of crackers, biscuit dough, light spices, some lemon. So it tastes... a bit. Mild and fairly bland before a decent bitter finish. Sound but not compelling.
