Reddish with a creamy, off-white head. Aroma of cherry jam. Taste is moderate sweet, a mix of cherry jam and brown sugar in understated tones the whole way through. Lingering cherry at the end. Simple, easy-going, mildly refreshing. Nothing cloying or unnatural. Not bad.

Bock beer with cherry juice and holunder (I don’t know the English word, it is a kind of berry) juice. Cherry and almond aroma. Roasted malt, overpowered by chocolate, cherries and berry juice. Very sweet, but also malty. Strange beer, not at all to be compared with the great kriek lambic beers, but certainly has quality.

Nice light pink slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish mineraly, sour grass, minerals, hay, sweet cherries, fruit stones, paper, bark, hints of soda powder. Taste is sweet sour-ish mineraly, sugar, sweet cherries, minerals, grain, fruit stones, hints of soda powder. Little bitterness, sweet mineraly mouthfeel. Boring, too sweet.
