750ml bottle [shared with Grumbo - thanks for sharing all the beers at Alles Elbe, special thanks for this one!]. Minimally cloudy, reddish brown colour with small (small to average at second pour), fading off-white head. Excellent, tangy, fruity aroma, notes of morello, raspberry, hints of blue grapes, some elderberry. Taste is tart, tangy, fruity, slightly vinous, notes of morello and raspberry, hints of blue grapes and elderberry, redcurrant, a touch of nutmeg. Very good, extremely rich for only 4.4% abv.

17/10/2019. Bottle shared with Boris at Alles Elbe, Hamburg. Pours clear red amber with a short lasting creamy white head. Aroma of sour berries, biscuit, sherry, malt vinegar, caramel and dried fruit. Light sweetness and bitterness with medium tartness and a touch of salt. Light to moderate body, slight watery and oily texture, average to soft carbonation. Really enjoyed the lightness of this in a style I do like. Very drinkable.

Bottled. A hazy deep red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of brett, wood, caramel, and berries. The flavor is sour with notes of brett, caramel, and berries, leading to a tart finish.

26-04-19 // taster from a bottle at Lager Lager Bottle Shop Burnt caramel sweetness and then a flemish sour aroma. Lovely but a bit too much on the malty side.
