A slightly hazy golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of dry herbal wheat malt, yeast. Taste of herbal pale malt, spices, belgian yeast, high carbonation.

Thick, huge & dense, lightly yellowish head over very carbonated, fully hazy yellow beer; end of bottle solid deposit. Bit diary, hints @ coriander, green leaves, lemonzeste. Some citrus, coriander as good as gone, wheat obvious. Again a tad lemony. Spritzy, wheatslick, light body, creamy feel. Better than most wits. But I thought New Horizons was a space probe, rather than a 15th century painter?

30/VI/25 - 33cl bottle from Marlou (Zonhoven), shared @ Marie & Christophe’s sushi dinner, BB: n/a (ink is all smudged), lot: ?LEWI3.2 (or 3.3?) (2025-608)

Cloudy beige beer, big creamy white head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: pretty dirty, sourish, infected smell, funky, ok. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, very yeasty, lots of ripe to overripe banana, malty, soft acidity, a bit oxidized, weird. Aftertaste: more yeast, banana, wheat, bitter touch, sweet notes, lots of banana, a bit sourish, meh.

Bottiglia.

Hazy yellow/blond colour, white foam. Nose of wheat, spices, citrus peel, rather bitter and dry but refreshing.

330 ml bottle. Muddled yellow with a fluffy head. Rather dry and zesty, woodruff, bitter orange, bitter almond, coriander seed, grapefruit. Dry zesty bitterness. Medium bodied, milky texture, lively carbonated, dry herbal zesty grassy finish. A very interesting take on the Witbier style, very zesty, dry and herbal. Good!

Nice classic. Done right for the style. Underwhelming and great for it. The style defined. Malz Leuven
