A tropical pale ale with heavy doses of citrusy Simcoe to get lips hopping. A delicate drop of Citra BBC to start mouths skipping, and enough juice all round to leave you jumping through to the soft bitter finish.

Can picked up from Vรฆskebalancen - Valby and drunk at home (09/07/2021) - hazed golden yellow with a white head. Lots of citrus fruit here, juicy satsuma, lemon, grapefruit, pithy citrus rind, tropical stonefruit vibes as well with some mango and peach coming in, pineapple, clean soft supportive pale malts, robust hoppy close. Very tasty, refreshing and sessionable.

Can. Waitrose. Custard with a meringue top. Looks good if you like that kind of thing. I do, tbh. Nose has pineapple and peach sorbet. Touch of piny, twangy Simcoe. Some wheaty, oaty notes. Taste has a wheaty sweetness, turning pithy, stone fruit kernel bitter. Fairly smooth mouthfeel with fine carbonation. A tad drying. Lengthy bitterness to finish. Decent.
