Brewed with 100% Vienna malt and hopped with only Tettnanger hops. Fermented in arctic conditions with our house lager yeast and kept cold and still for weeks after fermentation. There was dew on the sleeping bags when we woke. Crumbs from the graham crackers from last night’s smores remained on our shirts. We struck a match to light the morning’s fire.
