We added some bread-y malts to our standard pilsner recipe and then used a special mash technique to make the beer cocoa in color. A dark beer that comes across as light in nature. Hopped entirely with Czech Saaz to preserve the Historical nature of the style. This beer reminds us of navigating praline topography, reading hazelnut compasses, and unearthing chocolate bar time capsules.
