I've had this bomber of Double Burnt Caramel for some time, broke it out tonight to share with my daughter. Purchased in Odessa, TX at The Cellar, I am pouring into my Buffalo Bayou snifter. It shows a clear, light brown body with an almost nonexistent head. The scent has sweetness coming through with some milk chocolate and caramel. The taste is more of it, caramel, cane sugar, bread and a boozy effect. I do not get any evidence of the 11% abv however. The sensation is light in all ways, perhaps I am more in step with imperial stouts. Not bad, perhaps I anticipated more.
