Bottle: Deep golden, hazy, small and persistent off-white head, relatively dry grainy nose with a hayish touch and traces of yeast; light to moderate sweet-bitter(!) flavour, supported by a light acidity; sweetish-sourish grainy-bready finish. Not really tasty…

(bottle) Hazy, amber colour with a big off-white foamy head. Slightly mouldy and sour “wheaty” aroma with a slightly perfumed fruitiness of berries. Mildly sour and delicately sweet flavour, light bodied with an almost sharp carbonation. Slim wheaty and malty taste with mildly fruity accents, leading into a sourish fruity finish. Nothing I´d buy on a regular basis, interesting though. 20.IV.13

bottle, thank you pivnizub! Clear amber-chestnut colour, fluffy head. Grainy malt flavours, shy fruity touch and a lingering grainy, slightly bready, finish.

Emmer is a old grain from Germany, and used as an alternate to the wheat int his beer. Coppr color and nice aroma of caramel, taste again is of caramel. Not much bitterness, more of a sweet finish. Different and delicious.
