Octowe kwaśne, delikatne nuty goździków, cytrusowe. Barwa jasnozłota, przejrzyste, ładna piana, brak lacingu. Goryczks niska, cytrusowa. Praktycznie nie czuć tu pszenicy, za to najpewniej jest jakiś dolany sok który tu nie pasuje.

5.0% ABV. Mild smell of clove, other spices. Hazy honey colour, creamy off-white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, clove, faint spices. Soft carbon. Lightly bitter, medium sweet. Light body. Creamy palate.

Tap at The Brewery. Rather thin body, medium carbonation. Med-light sourness, a bit more than I would like. Low bitterness and sweetness. Classic flavour though, more on phenolic side, light esters. Drinkable, okay.

Straw colour and good foam, nice banana and wheat dough on the nose. Flavour is subtle banana with grain sweetness. Pretty good.
