A light styled ale with high natural carbonation due to post fermentation priming at a low temperature for an extended period. New Zealand, Australian and American hops were used to give this refreshing ale tones of black berry, herbal and slight pine.
This Sparkling Ale was brewed on our Pilot brewery, we affectionately call, "Little Fal". Fal Allen was our first brew Master and is a local legend.

*Sample at the Tiger Brewery. Nice light beginning. Refreshing brew with hints of grain. Round and smooth with not much depth or bitterness. Nice refreshing.
