Keg at the berko brewery shop. A hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting thin off white head. Aroma is big hefe yeast, spicy clove, ripe banana , sharp tangy lemon. Doughy wheaty grains on the nose. Flavour is composed of doughy wheat, sharp lemon juice, Clive phenols, tangy hint of chalk. Palate is spritzy carbonation with a pinch of acid and some raw grains. OK hefe.

On tap at their outlet @ Berkhamsted. Smooth yeasty and spicy beginning. Nice fresh yeast, clove and spices on a nice fresh body. Not too sweetish, round and probably a bit sweeter than German brews. Nice and round with a clove aftertaste!
