Unclear pale yellow, some lively lacing and bubbling. Sweet mushy apple notes, almond spice and a gentle sprinkle of lemon, light wet paper and mold funk. Medium sweet, medium dry, lots of tannins, meally smushy feel with happy bubbles.

Bottle in Paris. Smooth and not too sweetish beginning. Fruity apples, very soft. Hints of sour tartness, still hints of sweetness left to make it highly drinkable. Smooth and appley aftertaste, round and fresh. Very nice Demi-Sec Cidre.
