*Old rating. Best before 21.06.12. Das Bier is malzig und frisch. Nicht zu Bitter, nicht zu tief aber mit einem Hauch von Karamell. Schön weich und rund, moderat bitter. Lecker.

Schraubverschlußflasche (donated by Quack-Duck!): Golden, hazy, mid-sized rocky off-white head, herbal citrussy and yeasty nose with a slight metallic touch; light to medium bodied, quite soft, sweetish-bitter flavour; mild bitter-sweet finish with a very faint hoppy aftertaste. Disappointing....

(screw cap bottle, courtesy of Quack-Duck – thanks!) Hazy, pale golden colour with a huge and minimally off-white foamy head. Yeasty, delicately grainy pale malty aroma with herbal and subtle citric hops. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Yeasty pale malty taste with herbal hoppy spice; a bit slim but rounded malty and herbal hoppy finish. Likeable but not very Winter-like. 10.IV.12

Bottle from Quack-Duck, dekuji. Hazy golden color with medium stable white head. Strong carbonation. Aroma of malt, fruity hints. Taste, sweet malty, grain, aromatic bitter hops, light tartness in background. Nice long bitter finish. Good.

bottle from Rapp Heimdienst. Hazy golden colour, large white head. Malty nose with a shy fruity touch. Robust malty base with grainy hints, good amount of aromatic hops rounds it off in the finish. Smooth palate. Another good beer from this brewery.
