Inspired by the flavor profile of a smoky whisky, this is a malt-forward amber ale with hints of smoke and oak. We mature the beer with toasted new American oak that adds woody notes of vanilla, honey and spice.

On tap at the Ale Project, HK. Smooth malty-roasted beginning. Nice intense roasted malts with hints of smoke. Dried fruit on smoked viscous malt. Dark-Bock sweetness, but still dry, great depth with a nice bitterness. The smoke fits in great, the brew is round and roasted-smokey-thick. Nice!
