Nebulous is our first ever NEIPA. We loaded it with Amarillo and Citra, followed by a secondary dry hop of Citra cryo, to create a tropical juice bomb. A relatively low bitterness accentuates the explosion of pineapple and citrus 💥💣🍊🍍🍋💣💥

Tap at Mikkeller Ari, Bangkok. Poured a hazy light straw colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light tropical citrus, light woody hop. The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter, witn a light, crisp, fresh, slightly watery, light fruit, light pepper spice, light floral hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. A little too light all around and lacks defining flavours.

Can from Citysuper at home. Alongside Carbon Brews’ Crazy Rich Lupulins. Amazing to have two new NEIPA’s from HK breweries, great beer here these days. Hazy light straw yellow pour with thin frothy head. Like a frothy pineapple juice with similar translucence. Aroma is effervescent citrus zest, mango and pineapple. Taste is more citrus peel juicy, with some pineapple beneath, but a bit empty tasting, despite having not too light body. Great session NEIPA but wish it had a bit more heft on the finish.
