Many thanks to McTapps for this sample! Extremely sour vinegar-like beginning. Vinegar-apples, wood, but no brandy or any other pleasant aroma. Sour woody vinegar with hints of apples. This cidery might have a hygienically problem...

draught at Brimblecombe Farm. Hazy golden colour. The spirit’s flavour comes through, also with hints of wood and vanilla. The wild character of the cider is still present.
