bottle, bought at the brewery. Cloudy pale yellow, large head. Malty, sweet and slightly fruity with a yeasty character. Not as highly carbonated as many other low alcohol Hefeweizen. Pleasant to drink, clean and refreshing.

(bottle) Cloudy, yellow colour with a huge and lacing foamy white head. Sweet and slightly tart wheat-malt aroma with cloves and a rather restrained fruit character. Light-sweet flavour, light bodied with a lively carbonation. Good wheat accentuation, spritzy mouthfeel; slightly fruity (citrus, banana) and yeasty notes; slightly tart and bitter finish with clovy spice. Well-made light Hefeweizen, still tasty and refreshing.
