Charakter ist mal ganz was anderes. Tief schwarzes Bier mit Schoko- und Kaffeearomen, aber nach dem deutschen Reinheitsgebot gebraut. Ein Stout, herzerwärmend, bombastisch. Unser Charakter hat 7% Alkohol.

Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts fine malty, roasty, dry. Earthy notes. Not too bitter. Fine hints of coffee, some chocolate. Not too intense. Finish well balanced. Quite drinkable. Nice!

Thanks to WillemsUrenkel. Smooth mild fruity beginning. Soft velvet chocolate, moderate sticky. No bitterness, roasted chocolate with hints of Espresso in the end. Thanks to Uwe for that 0,33 l bottle. Nearly black in the glass, only some reddish edges with a two finger frothy beige head. More a sweet malty smell. Taste is also more on the sweet malty side, increasing coffee with some dark berry fruits. Dry coffee with fruity background to the end. Very low carbonated. Okay.
