Draft at Brewdog Liverpool. Deep dark reddish brown colour with almost no head. Aroma and taste are tart to sour berry, fruity cherry. Crisp body.

Bottle. Unclear amber body under a small beige head. Aroma has lots of cholate and then acidic red berries, dry fruit and nut cream. Taste is sweet and sour with malt, chocolate, berries, dry fruit, wood and some alcohol. Fine body and smooth aftertaste. A nice combination of sweet chocolate and sour berries.

Bottle, smallish bubbly head, very dark red to brown colour, a dominant and appealing combination of cherries and chocolate with some nuts, vanilla, hints of barnyard, acetone, mellow fruity lactic sourness. A really good offering.

Solliveien 130521. Dark brown color with a beige head. Aroma is vinegar , brett, berries. Flavor is vinegar, dried fruits, chocolate, cherries, wood, nuts, whiskey, oak, caramel. Very nice beer.

Bottle. It's semi-clear beer, brown in color, with a small dark beige head. The aroma has a delicious vinegar-ish fruityness, with red berries, dark dried fruits, lots of oak, some nutty notes and a good dash of caramel. Raisin. It's quite tart on the palate, berry-sour, nicely carbonated, with some fruity sweetness. Raisin, oak, caramel, red berries, hints of vinegar and nuts, with wood and a touch of booze in the flavor. Lasting fruity finish with lots of delicious malty and sour flavors. Yummi. 210516

330ml bottle. Opaque, darkest brown colour with small, frothy, fading, beige head. Sweet-ish, chocolately, nutty, dark malty and fruity aroma, notes of toffee, nougat, chocolate, couverture, cherry. Taste is sour, acidic, minimally fruity, diluted hints of dark chocolate, nougat, sour cherry, morello. Watery texture, slightly astringent palate, fine, prickly carbonation. Impy Stout in the nose, watery, sour Belgian Stout in taste - twofold.

Thin off white collar on a rich mahogany coloured still body. Huge aroma of oak, sweaty socks & hazelnut. Medium bodied, sharp on the tongue with a clean dry back. Oak, vinous, nutty, sherry & rich concentrated berry tastes.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Brown. Nuts, cherries, funk, wood, whisky, sour, some malt, sweetish touch, a bit lemony, vinegar. Very nice.
