Can to tulip.
Appearance: copper/orange color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: tropical fruity hops, grassy sweet hops, subtle mangoes; caramel/toffee malts
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together in a bittersweet West coast way; nice finish of the tropical fruity hops
Texture: medium bodied, good sipper, some smoothness, light dryness and a kiss of bitterness
Overall: nicely done West coast styled DIPA worthy of coming back to.

12 ounce can from Vintage Estate, 8/27/22. Mild gusher. Hazy orange, medium off-white head, good retention. Aroma of leafy hop, mango. Taste is mango, pineapple, pale malt. Juicy, mild bitterness. Not very shocking.

Pours copper with a white head. The aroma is of citrus and resinous hops. The flavor is led by a big, bitter dose of hops with loads of citrus and resin in a full bodied brew with a solid malt backbone. Long, bitter finish. Very nice.

Can from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours translucent gold with a huge, foamy white head. Aroma is very grapefruit, but there's something like ripe mango. Med body. Flavor is a mango/grapefruit mix. A bit zesty. Lightly roasty malt support is not entirely hidden. It's not all that dry; it's quite fruity. It's decently bitter. Very nice.

Refrigerated 16 oz. aluminum can, canned July 16, 2019 poured into a glass. Hazy golden with big white head. Aroma is herbal hops, medium body, well carbonated, and good lacing. Taste is herbal hops and bitter hops.

Can from BevMo in Dana Point. Copper pour with white head. Aroma is super resinous hops. Taste is bitter pine resin grapefruit pith hop bomb. Medium malt backbone but plenty bitter. Not my favorite of the RIIPA series from Melvin but definitely not bad.
