Don't touch me, 'cause I'm electric. And if you drink me, you'll get shocked! Experience pure uncut lupulin powder. In their clandestine lab, in the wild of Yakima, the crew processed Mosaic + Simcoe hops into alpha acid pow pow. The Melvin Crew inhaled deep, and the legend of the hop shocker was born.

8/IV/19 - 12Fl. Oz. can from Bierhalle Deconinck (Vichte), shared @ home, BB: n/a, canned: X/4/18. Dammit, the one time I don't check for dates!!! And this just came in the shop less than two months ago... - (2019-448)
Clear orange beer, huge creamy irregular off-white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: grapefruit, citrus, tangerine peel, nice and fruity, bit malty, grains. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: still quite some citrus, grapefruit, orange peel, bit sweet, some caramel, alcohol, nice one, even after 6 months! Aftertaste: sweet, lactose (?), soft bitterness, lots of orange peel, nice and fruity, slightly malty, little oxidized. Held up very well for a 6 month old beer!

Unclear, yellow colored, medium white frothy head, rather lasting. Aroma is of some pale malt, light caramel, moderate to strong hoppiness, pine, citrus and fruity notes. Taste is medium+ sweet malt, light caramel, again moderate to strong hops, fruity, piney and citrusy, medium bitterness, dry finish. Medium+ bodied, soft carbonation, oily to resiny. Nice.

(Keg at Sori Taproom, 20190312) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, fruitiness and malts. Palate was medium bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, fruitiness, sweetness, alcohol, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy, boozy and bitter. A bit too boozy brew but still surprisingly pleasant. Not too sweet.

Can from Boxbeers. Canned 10/04/18. Poured unclear deep golden color. Thick white head. Resiny, piney hops in aroma, citrusy, nice sweet juicy fruity flavors, bitter finish. Refreshing, tasty despite the age. Drinks well.

opalescent pale yellow colour, some off-white head, which collapses quickly; aroma of pine, grapefruit, some pineapple, maybe mango and slight boiled vegetable notes; taste is the same with biscuity-syrupy sweetness and horseradish-like spiciness;good one

Hazy blond with soapy head. Aroma and flavour have a fair amount of piney hop notes. Moderately bitter. Low carbonation.

12 oz. can, pours a clear copper with a medium off-white head. Aroma brings out lots of creamy piney hops, light toasted caramel, and bready malt. Flavour is along the very same lines, but perhaps is sweeter, with piney hops, caramel and sweet bready malt. Creamy piney mouthfeel, with a medium sweetness on the finish. A little on the sweet side for me, but it's very well-brewed.

Sample at Bob's Bar during the Melvin Brewing Debut! event on 08/27/2018. Slightly hazy golden color with a medium thick white head that recedes gradually to an outer ring. Sticky strings of lace. Aroma of herbal hops, tropical fruit and malt. Medium body with flavors of resiny hops, grapefruit and caramel malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a fruity hop aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
