Le brassin est infusé au moment de la garde avec des copeaux de bois préalablement trempés dans du rhum puis égouttés. Grâce à ce procédé bien particulier, on retrouve à la dégustation des notes de rhum vanillé ainsi que des notes boisées.

75cl bottle from E.Leclerc supermarket in Pierry, France. F: huge, creamy, egg-white, long lasting. C: deep gold, clear. A: malty, caramel, bit of woody chips, rum touch, hint of vanilla, vaguely fruity. T: medium to full malty base, mellow fruity, caramel, woody chips touch, rum alcohol, bit vanilla, apple cake, soft carbonation, not very complex but for this boring style not bad, enjoyed.

Bottle at Cotteridge Wines V Ratebeer event; clear golden amber pour with a bubbly off white head, aroma has spiced rum, taste has candied fruits, spice hints, some rum on the finish.
