Creamy white fiar mostly diminishing head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy acetic aroma. Moderate bitter slightly acetic flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

[ As Funk Estate Highball Hoax ].
ABV: 5.0%. Clear light yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, wheat, fruit - lemon - juniper - apple. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, pale malt, wheat, fruit - apple - lemon - juniper - citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190806]

Can from Voldby. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, heavy lemon and juniper. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 310519
